Eschborn

The approximately 90-meter-high cube is a prominent marker of the new headquarters of Deutsche Börse. The new building provides around 55,000 m² of gross floor area and space for over 2,400 employees.

Two L-shaped structures enclose the roughly 80-meter-high entrance hall. Bridges, walkways, and staircases create a three-dimensional communication space with diverse visual connections. It is the first high-rise in Germany to receive LEED Platinum certification.
