Eschborn

The 90-meter high cube is visible from afar and marks the new location of Deutsche Börse AG. The new building offers space for more than 2,400 employees on a gross floor area of approximately 55,000 sqm.

Two L-shaped structures enclose the approx. 80 meter high entrance hall. Connected by bridges, footbridges and stairs, a three-dimensional communication space with multiple visual relationships is created. The building is the first high-rise in Germany to receive LEED Platinum certification.
